One World One Dream Poster Competition

Ricefield has teamed up with Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum to organise the ‘One World One Dream’ Poster Design Competition to celebrate the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The aim of the competition is to promote the awareness of the Beijing Olympics, understanding of Chinese culture and life, and to broaden the cultural experience of young people in Scotland.
The winning primary and secondary schools will be awarded the ‘Bring China into Schools’ exhibition and workshops. Winners will have the opportunity to have their posters displayed in the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum as well as in schools in China. Individual winners will receive Olympic memorabilia.
The competition is open to all Scottish pupils between the ages 6 and 17. Participation is free. All submissions must be accompanied by an official entry form and submitted by 15 May 2008.
